Pre-made OC server setup program?

I am completely useless at coding and files. Could anyone upload to fileshare (or a similair site) a dedicated server program with all the OC necessaries already placed in it?

^ excelent and easy to follow tutorial on how to set up a dedicated server.
uploading server wouldnt work that well, because dedicated servers are quite large depending on how many campaigns and other things it has.

Like my server that has hl2, ep1, ep2, lc is ~10gb

I made this thread after reading that and not understanding what I was doing :T
