Hey there.

This is another one of my sound releases. This pack replaces most of the footstep sounds (except plaster) to HQ ones.

Materials replaced:

Concrete
Dirt
Grass
Metal
Metal Grate
Mud
Sand
Tile
Wood

ADDED:
Ladder
Water

CHANGED:
- Changed all sounds to mono, they now properly emit from players etc.

Installation:

Drag to your "source sdk base 2007" HL2 folder for it to be mounted
in OC (content in there gets mounted to all OB mods)

Alternatively, you can just drag it to your OC folder, if you just want to use it in OC.

Download Here

Enjoy! -Contron123

No. Combine models play 1 of 4 random sounds named gear1-4.wav

It doesn't change on which surface, thus rendering these sounds obsolete for combine unfortunately :(

Ok, I have released V2, this time now Ladder and Water sounds have been changed, also they are now mono, so they now properly emit from players.

Download in OP.

I probably won't replace the originals, but I'd consider using these in a map if possible, I assume it would be.

UploadFFS.com seems to have died a horrible death. I'll replace the links ASAP.

The Spiggle link also won't work. Upload it to mediafire or something.

Yeah, the site's been having some problems.

Link should be fully working now! Sorry.
