Cool thing is. I can throw this into any HL2 mod/game and it will work :D

Now I expect those mapping for OC to compile character models with such features and include them with your maps. lol

Very cool the first one, i see it more realistic rather than the normal attack who kills in one hit the soldiers.

The second one isnt the zombie animation of attack to Alyx? Is the "attempt" to attack an automatic function only for the zombie, like when found a object and throw it or when smash a window?

The second one was a learning one, I made it to test some ideas. While I was writing this VDC article: [vdc]dynamic_interactions[/vdc]

The first one I assume was going to be a dynamic interaction but was cut.

It's too bad I don't know a character animator. Then we could have dynamic head crabbing(not turning them into a zombie though). I really wish this system didn't use QC files, it's such a pain in the ass to recompile models sometimes.

Hmm reading it uses animations, why dont try with the headcrabbed animation of the npc_citizen?

Also, i´m just thinking, this could have been be the way to make the "Hi-Five" taunt in TF2?

I already have the headcrabbed animations as the action and exit sequences. Sadly, I need an entry animation for both the headcrab and citizen(headcrab jumping onto the citizen's head).

Doubtful. But they probably used a system with a similar method.

I'm surprised that mods work at all for the game, considering that SR3 is very console port-y. I think the DLC is all on-disc.
