Finally, after talking with Destiny and Kan, we decided make it public (but the Thread in Facepunch wasn´t private XD).

With a great effort and dedication, we, the "Touhou porting team", we are making possible which until now seemed impossible: Have Touhou models in the Source Engine. After time investigating, we found a way to port the models of MikuMikuDance into Source.


My "list" of models of Touhou that are being porting are the following:

• Flandre
• Suika
• Reimu
• Marisa
• Scarlet
• Cirno
• Patchouli
• Hong Mei
• Alice Margatroid
• Yakumo Ran

I have to say that we have the permission of their original authors, so, we will don´t have any problem porting them.

Yeah, Flasnoob said to me (and after Elek and Destiny) that both are sisters, and Hong-Mei is known as China.

Also, if someone are looking the FP thread, i don´t admit more requests of MMD models (i have a LOONNGG list of models).

and all of the touhou models are only phase 1. models like the lancelot model seen in the vid in random vid are part of phase 2.

and didnt this get discussed with worfox about the usage of the flandre model?

Jigglebones might do well to fix it, at least somewhat. Obsidian supports them, right? I can't remember...

Hmm, jigglebones in the skirt. I don't thought about that.

Also, yes, OC supports jigglebones (Orangebox engine), you didn't saw the Xeno models or the Kit Ballard model for example?

Private playermodels are no longer, so deal with it (i have to accept that my "personal playermodel", Adrian Shepard, is public).

After do these Touhou models, i'll port the Lancelot Albiol model (Destiny's request) or Lily Rain (Kan's request), about other models.

An example:
