You see, Team Fortress 2 obviously invented the cartoony FPS style, therefore any game that is team-based and is cartoony, must be a rip-off.

No, it's not a god damn rip-off, infact it looks awesome as hell.

I'd pay for this if it was for the pc.

This does seem very similar to TF2 to me.
Not just in cartoony graphics..
There's also the overstated classes, and casual warfare setting to consider.
Not all cartoony FPSes are like TF2..
There's an old PS2/Xbox game called XII. It was pretty poor, but I enjoyed the multi-player.. Which was more reminiscent of Golden-eye than TF2.

Although, to balance my point - it does look rather good. But I doubt I'd play it.

It's TF2 if it was made by Volition.

It sound actually better in my opinion..

being able to beat the crap out of machines blocking your way is a nice thing.

Look like UT and TF mix

I like it already! Good music too, in the trailer that is.

The fact that there's possibly a weapon leveling system is what I like.

Reminds me of the trailer I saw for Merchants Of Brooklyn.

lol the map kinda looks like S4 League, and the cheerleader thing they seem to be putting a lot of emphasis into looks like the female version of the Engineer.

It looks good to me, the only real similarities i can see are the class system and the fact that the graphics are VAGUELY similar. To say its a rip off is a stretch at best.

TF2's a rip-off of Battlefield

Battlefield has no medic which a medigun.

This LOOKS more like a Smashball/tron hybrid than TF2, to see how this is not TF2 lets take a look at the classes.

1. Gunner looks like buzz lightyear
2. Assault looks like Samuel L Jackson with smashball's armor and halo's assault rifle.
3. Tank looks like Fat Bastard, and started wearing egg chairs.
4. Sniper...looks like Team Fortress Classics's sniper.
5. Gunner looks like almost anybody in Unreal Tournament (he really looks like he could be on that mutant team in UT04)
6. Assassin looks like... PURE BADASS WIN and any assassin from a SIFI movie or game
7. Support looks like jack black?(also he is win for being the engineer AND demoman)

The game play looks more like a gladiator fight... or Smash TV, If this is a TF2 rip-off WERE IS MY JETPACKING PYRO WITH A JET ENGINE FLAME THROWER!!!
This is no TF2 this is a mash up of smash TV, Unreal Tournament, and maybe a bit of gears of war... looking up the game says that melee fighting and fatalities will be a impotent part of gameplay end of story.
(also from the looks of the video it the killing robots part was a deferent game mode and I think I saw a King of the Hills mode. So do save my point for this or Darwinia+ )
