I bought the Valve complete Pack 2009 in january right after the l4d release. :D

Btw, I've used mac before and I couldn't right click. How is that going to work out on portal? :O

That is because it is using OpenGL and Directx is just better.

Not true what-so-ever. OpenGL can be just as good as any directx game. I assume the blurriness is because of poor port of the engine to a different API.(Basically saying, it's Valve's fault, though it might also be a problem with the Mac)

Directx is certainly better but OpenGL is following right in its footpath. The blurriness was indeed the fault of Valve. It has been fixed.

What?

Directx is a windows thing, games use it as MS owns and supports it, the more support from MS, the more it will be used and OpenGL won't.

OpenGL has had features before Directx even did, only with the new Dx11 does Directx have all the features OpenGL had.

Also, I know that the game runs worse on Mac, the Mac was never made for gaming. Plus, Valve just now ported it, so it's not going to be as great as the windows version.
