how block the ch_ command?

hi av one,
do u know how to block command :
ch_createairboat
ch_createjalopy
ch_createjeep

in sv_cheats 1 mode?
there's too many players use this command to crash the server.....

I really need help plz !!!!

ch_ commands cant block with cheat-control.smx

Well,just turn off sv_cheats 1 to 0...
Unless you want some idiots to mess around.
