Linux libtier0.so

Post by Xaymar »

So I decided to start the server up after I uploaded all missing files. Just to be greeted with:

Code: Select all

host4@46041:~/server/orangebox$ ./srcds_run -game obsidian -ip 62.141.46.41 -port 27016 +map oc_lobby
Auto detecting CPU
Using SSE2 Optimised binary.
Server will auto-restart if there is a crash.

Console initialized.
./srcds_run: line 352: 5120 Segmentation fault $HL_CMD
Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
Tue Dec 13 19:51:49 CET 2011: Server restart in 10 seconds
host4@46041:~/server/orangebox$ ./srcds_linux -game obsidian -ip 62.141.46.41 -port 27016 +map oc_lobby
./srcds_linux: error while loading shared libraries: libtier0.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
What's happening here?
server/orangebox/bin/libtier0.so exists, so where is it's problem?

It should, but I think it will run noticably slower.
Apparently, Valve can't make games beyond the number 2.
I think the only time we'll get a Source SDK code update is when it starts having purchasable hats integrated, i.e. hatconomy.

Please do not make assumptions you are not knowledgeable enough to make - that just backfires on yourself.
Tick me off, and I'll be sure to give you the golden treatment. Haven't you heard? Silence is golden.
