May be that the attachment on DOD:S models (players and weapons) has another name than the oc models have.
Could be solved by recompiling the weapon models with the attachment name needed for OC player models.


Scripting should'nt be so hard regarding the possibilities of adding custom ammo. Sounds... think it's also not too hard, if you look into the scripts of DOD:S and find out the sound "name" things that point to the wavs (like "pistol.reload" and such).

But then wouldn't it be a new model and would have to ship with the mod?

I hope there's another solution... :(

Skidz or Hyper could maybe code the attachments to be matched correctly, even though the bones and attachment points have different names.

Just a guess, not sure if that's possible.
