A cooperative work done with the assistance of me (teaching part lol ).
Note to myself, work in the logo of P.H.O.E.N.I.X. Industries to add it to all the proyects.
EDIT:
Good job Fighter. Deformations in the model are minimal, near to be perfect. Jigglebones are well implemented and set in the hair, skirt and tie, and the hands looks fine. Phymodel is fluid and perfectly articulated. The only "weird" would be the part of the skirt that are with the legs,but doesnt matter.
If this is your first rigged model, congratulations, you did it with a 10/10.
A last thing, the 2nd variation, is suppused to be an hypnotizated/sycronizated one? if the texture eyes are separated, you could give it a cool glow effect.

I know the only difference is the eyes but,the left I know it must be the normal,what about the right one?The eyes look more,erm...'''realistic'''(Didn't find the exact word but oh well)

About eyes - these second are from her 'evil' side. Watch anime (or play/read VN) to understand it ^^

Not sure if you're taking any requests still but could you possibly convert these to source for other games EX. gmod and for OC if you have the time as a player model.
