Ok here's a wierd one for you. I have npc's that are loaded using the oc_lobby_modify.txt file. What I want to try and do is to get those npc's to say specific voice clips randomly or using the "e" key using vcd files, a method that HL2 already uses. since most of this is done using hammer and a bsp map for the triggers, I was wondering if there was a way of doing those by using a script in the modify file without having to decompile the lobby map since the npc's aren't built in.

Example: "npc A" says "random line 1 ect." using a scripted vcd file at random like idle chit chat and "random line 2" also using a scripted npc played when a user presses "e"

any ideas?
