Double post permitied.

http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=542906&page=6

(look onto the Codename 36 problem, later, see their fix scroll down).

It´s possible that the error is caused for the SMD Exporter? I´m using the SMD Exporter plugin for 3DS Max 2010, but, Codename 36 changed to 2008 and worked.

The Phymodel.SMD is perfect and should work.

P.D: I finished skining the model. Now looks the autentic Gina from Decay.

EDIT:

Do it in 3ds Max 8 don´t work. I don´t have more ideas.

HELP!!!!

Final note: The model have the "HEV_Helmet arms bug" (arms cross the body). This bug are caused of the Skeleton, so, is unfixeable.

Many thanks for all the people that help me. Thanks :3

P.D: Gina, like the rest of the new models, will we added to the "Maestro_Fénix_playermodels_pack_V3".

Ok, but i only say the ready. The rest of models will be a secret until the release day:
  • Gina Cross
  • Dante Sparda (DMC4)
  • Captain John Price (MW2)
  • Crazy Bunnygirl
  • (Near to be finish) Colette Green.
I'll announce more news about the progress.

Ah, and get ready for the "Secret release" of a new pack of playermodels made by Fighter.

It´s a old model from Half-Life (GoldSrc engine), remake of the original for HL:S DM. But despite be a HD model, don´t have eyeballs, and their mouth is the same that the original. All their face is a texture (very likely to CSS models, but older).

Note: This thread was closed, but i decided open it one more time to explain how to fix this error:

Is very simple. When you have your phymodel ready (don´t forget use the "Weld" function in poly mesh/vertex to close all the polygons that you have opened) simply add the "skin" modifier and rig it like the normal model.

If you have done right the "weld" and rig process, you shouldn´t get any warnings in the compiler (if you have the "Costly Collision..." or "model have 2 dimensions..." errors, look to your phymodel and weld all the spaces that you see).

Now, this thread is again closed.
