Re: Unofficial mountfix
To gain access to the vpks the mod itself has to be updated. I know probably alot of people have asked this, but is their any chance the mod would be updated this month?. Currently I run a fairly popular Synergy server and I would love to move that fun over to Obsidian Conflict but as it stands I d...

Re: Unofficial mountfix
The reason for symlinking is so you get the maps mounted too. You can still extract the content from the vpk into Source SDK Base 2007 but you won't get the maps unless you copy and paste them over. Copied the folders first, then extracted the vpks one by one following the hl1/hl2/episodic/ep2/dod/...

Re: Unofficial mountfix
This may sound silly, but is there a reason why the mountfix uses symlinks instead of just extracting the content into the Source SDK Base 2007 folder ?.

Re: Unofficial mountfix
Had to run the mountfix twice as the first time it picked up on my server installed on a different drive then Steam. Looks like it works now, but as it did do this first time I thought I'd post. Also wanted to say thanks, I bet this fix could be used on multiple different mods and not just Obsidian ...

Re: Non-Valve Models Pack Thread
Noticed a bug in the Mario / Luigi models.
There's a small patch of purple checkerboard on both of the backs.

Can someone take a look at fixing it ?.

Re: Starting a Dedicated Server
Does it say something about being done in the log file? Can't remember if I added something like that but yeah the missing percent come from "virtual" files and folders which basically were existent in an older version but are not being extracted anymore. I'll see if I can fix that... The...

Kirbididdy you need to have a copy of Microsoft Visual C++ installed for the program to work. You can download a copy here. x86: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 x64: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632 Been testing it though and it never seems t...

July 14 2012 Server Delisting Fix
Found this on the steam user forums mod section. Works for both listen and dedicated servers. :) 1. Connect to your server via FTP or SSH. 2. Open your 'server.cfg' with a text editor (you'll find it in "obsidian/cfg/"). 3. Paste the following at the END of it: //**************************...
