Why would anyone want the days to be permanently longer anyway? Too many people grief the alarm clock from my experiences by turning it on, so we wait for 3 minutes having all tasks already completed, and crops grow half as fast.

Maybe make it show up for 5 seconds if a door is damaged while not checking if it is being damaged during that 5 seconds to prevent spam. I'm getting this problem and I followed the instructions and used the hldsupdatetool command correctly, but I witnessed it downloading the tf2 binaries. For now I'm using tesla-x4's easy way out, but I will need a permanent fix.

I think I can make a chell model, really I will only have to rename the bones in the .smd and the .qc like I did with the vort, and with this model a lot of the texture stuff is already done right for OC. Also, you just made the 1000th post in this subforum.

Weapon Scripts - Half-Life 2 SMOD compatibility?

When I first saw the weapon scripting stuff in OC, it did remind me a lot of SMOD. Is the weapon scripting compatible with SMOD? What I want to do is port some or all of the custom SMOD weapons to OC.

There is a pack of Half-Life 2 related prefabs floating around, if someone could find it it most likely has that. It has the ravenholm traps so no reason to disclude the mounted gun. I'm afraid it only works under the Episode 1 (Source 2006) engine because of different classnames.

Making player models?

How do I make player models? I am going to try something insane and attempt to make a Vortigaunt player model with citizen animations, since it would be so hilarious to crowbar an enemy to death as a vort. Will this even work, with the fact that the skeleton is probably very different?
