Thanks, it worked! If I could send you a cookie and a gold star I would.Try this: rename the 'sourcesdk' folder (inside steamapps/<youraccountname>) to something else, then try to launch the SDK. (unless you did a full reinstall, without preserving anything at all...)

Source SDK won't run
First off I should mention that I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. Whenever I try to open Source SDK it shows the launching window and then it goes away and nothing happens (it doesn't run). I've verified the integrity, defragged the cache files, reinstalling, and even tried running it in Windows XP sp2 co...

Whenever I join a server/change map my volume goes down
I've had this problem with a few other mods, one of them being Battle Grounds. When I join a server or the map changes, windows automatically sets my volume on OC to about 15, which gets annoying.
