Yes, this mod needs an upgrade with fresh stuff! It's necesary, It's matter of time that valve releases another of their famous upgrades that break compatibility or make the OLD version unusable. And please, make BM:S mountable! Even syner shit gy has shown signs of life, they promise future upgrade...

WOW! New SOURCE SDK 2013!

Today i noticed that a new Source SDK appeared. It's called SOURCE SDK 2013, in singleplayer and multiplayer flavors. The singleplayer SDK uses more than 7GB! :o

Did anyone tested those sdks? Are those the sdks with linux and osx support?

I will install them and see what they have.

Adding 2 or 3 new textures or models shouldn't make the map too big.

Source stuff compreses well.

Looks too much hl2 with hl2 textures. More custom stuff (BM:S textures are ok) should made the map more fresh!

I bought a new notebook with an ATI mobility 5850 video card and I got dissapointed when I discovered that the card has DDR3 dedicated VRAM. My desktop video card (the same ati 5850) has gddr5 and according to gpu-z the desktop card has 128GB/s of memory bandwidth, but the notebook card 12.8GB/s :sh...

Yesterday I played the map and my impression is positive. The only negative thing I would comment it's the duration, in my opinion it's too short (but if you do a second part then nothing).

I played the map and I'm sorry to say that the gameplay is poor. I found some anoying bugs. The map end was bugged/bad designed because even with 5 players we were unable to find the code for the final platform and the npc spam was insane. At the end, at the left side where the Vortigaunts spawns, ...
