Bah, I still have a bit of a problem with this. When I went into multiplayer with some friends, they attacked everyone but the host but did no damage. So their names are green and they don't do damage, but they still attack...Any way around this? I have them set to Like player, perhaps I should use ...

Yea, well, you can just simply add in env_lightglow and just add in some props. Where is the setting in your map? Security guards working their way up from the basement of an office building to the roof. I haven't really focused much on a "deep" storyline or anything, I am just trying to ...

I kinda find the storyline help me, I don't know why but it does. You can enchant the room with effects such as lightglow, add in some detail like the wall-pillar.. um, let me try and show you, hold on. Oh okay, I get what you mean now. Pretty simple, just haven't heard to it referred to as effects...

Mapping is new to you? Wow, that is quite nice, I have been mapping for HL1 and HL2 for 4 years and that is on par with my work. This looks like it is going to be fantastic!

For specifics though, what do you mean by "effects?" Details? Flickers, lasers, colors, sparkles?

I'm adding some nice lasers throughout the weapons labs for effect. I will probably also add some more detail later, like sparking light fixtures and props.

Sounds right. Lowered them from 32 wide to 16. Still 8 units thick, however. I want them to fit along the border of the bridge nicely.
