Download that if you're using the models from de_jungle. It edits the detail.vbsp and will automaticly place plantation on textures (requires some editing though).

Well, the entire thing is from DM's GCF. Although seems strange that's it's called Console_background. Since Console_Background isn't used in any Steam version of any Half-Life game. Although It's used in WON. As the (You guessed it) console background!
