P90 from oc_waking_dead? DaMaN tried to make a Shotgun P90, but it failed pretty hard. P90 which works fine is in de_nuke, and maybe some´other maps.

A few more suggestions.

1: In the currently public 03, the Crystal aint very nice. You should use the Xen Crystal material.

2: Make waypoints in the base where you wake up.

There's a little annoying thing I found. You might get the PvE/PvP door get blocked when you and someone else jump in together. Good that griefers don't know about it.

Bug: The junk on the table to the Lower Route, I think, floats in air. If you break a table or something at the place which looks like a living place, you'll just crash.

Wow, I thought that this will be only 5 maps or so, but 10, that's awesome. I joined when v. 1.23 was about to end and change to v. 1.3 so I couldn't give out my few suggestions before: Every NPC in 01, 02 and 03 should've stayed as they were. Okay, add just a few. And maybe make some headcrab canis...
