I've got some of those custom assets, laying around somewhere, though bare in mind its from you old builds. (Only stuff like sounds and textures).

Sounds like a good idea.

The timer you can fix with a modify.txt if you wanted to put out a quick fix for server ops.

Congrats on taking the effort to make your map look nice.

Check if the skybox textures you are using are HDR textures. Check if the problem does not exsist when compiling LDR. Also have you added any sprites to the map? Try going around and using picker;ent_fire !picker kill on all your sprites before building cubemaps. And try disconnect and loading a dif...
