Small little depressing update here: Been very busy with work, school, &c., so I haven't got nearly as far as I would have liked to this weekend on the map. I've made some small progress, but got stuck with npc scripting not working :? I think I can definitely say that it won't be ready by Frida...

I think it looks good myself, perhaps changing the texture of the building to match the smokestacks could be good, but i think it looks fine. Perhaps some more infrastructure around the pipes and smokestacks, but other than that I likes.

I'd try what skidz said: make an npc, have it do the sitting animation, then use the "SetHealth 0" input to kill it. But thats gonna be a clientside ragdoll only, it wont look the same for all players, it will fade away and it wont collide with anything except world brushes. Aww. Can't yo...

Though one tip for you. where you have 'internal' walls either tie the brushes to a func_detail, or raise them so they meet the ceiling and vbsp might actually mix up the visleafs a bit for you.
