Shoot uzi, get motion sickness from camera bob, vomit bullet casings lol If that camera bob (or anything that relates to that "bobbing motion") is included, I'd suggest it be clientside/toggle-able for the people who get motion sickness easily. Best of both worlds :) Other than that it loo...

For the restricting weapons you could have a weapons take up the same bucket/slot list so another can't be picked up? or make them all use a different sort of ammo so when you run out of one you can't use it till you resupply. Not much there to do unless a hardcoded weapon limit is made i think

I feel like it should be a cross between a hunter and a shotgun soldier. Something of the slow heavy armor and long suppressive firing type with a long reload to give some room for players to fight back. Kinda like a mobile minigunner. But this is totally my opinion of what I think the super soldier...
