What changes are in 1.35? and some questions.

There is info on what is changing in 1.35 but it is scattered allover the forums can we get a mini change log for now?
I also want to know if in the next update has the custom weapon scripting been improved and how so?
it was said that player models will be handled in a better way, how so will we have a skin or subgroup chooser?
will mapadd get any updates/additions like limiting player to player models the mapper wants them to use(of course with team support)?
will there EVER be multiple seat support :cry:

can you make the houndeyes shock wave be a shader (a modification to the invisibility shader should work) or at lesst have partical effects to make it look less gldsource (same goes for the Agunt's hornet trail and the controller's attack.)
will the beta combine skin be removed from the next update

sorry if this is hard to understand I am tired but I have been meaning to post this for a few days. :D

the combine solder has his leak skin it's been in since the first release.
