Cant install 1.35

When I launch the exe it gives me the option to pick a language. After that, it stays minimzed and i cant get it to do anything.

I had this error too. Are you tried deactivating the U.A.C. of Vista/7?

Also, the installer takes long time to begin the setup (i don´t know why).

the content is highly compressed into the installed which needs to be extracted into the memory before being able to use the installer, hence the loading time
