Animating

I have just got used to 3ds max ( a bit ) and the animations are going well. BUT!!! I will post the animations on here, but i need someone to compile it or whatever they need to do to make it work on oc. I wouldnt have a clue how 2

soz to post alot in a row, but i just finished the reload animations. Here is the link. Sadly, i couldmt animate the hands, so if someone can do that, i will be greatful...very I have also included the m4's skins, so yea.
P.S IF YOU ANIMATE HANDS ON THIS DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE IT WITHOUT ME SAYING THAT I LIKE IT! plz
