Since you don't seem to see a error message try to add those startparameter:

-dev -allowdebug -condebug

after that you should have a console.log inside the obsidian folder, post it here (with code or quote tags please)

Are you mounting a game you don't own/have installed? Check your obsidian/mounts folder.
Apparently, Valve can't make games beyond the number 2.
I think the only time we'll get a Source SDK code update is when it starts having purchasable hats integrated, i.e. hatconomy.

Please do not make assumptions you are not knowledgeable enough to make - that just backfires on yourself.
Tick me off, and I'll be sure to give you the golden treatment. Haven't you heard? Silence is golden.

Try to verify Source SDK Base 2007. If that still doesn't work, you may have to consider a full OC reinstall (a real hassle, I know :/ ).

Do other mods work fine?

Were you ever able to play OC before? if you verified the source sdk base 2007 game cache and you're still crashing, try putting -autoconfig in OC's startup parameters, which resets all default video settings etc. remember to remove it again if it worked.

I've been on 32bit for years, no problems playing the mod.

I really start to think that I need to add Teamviewer Support somewhere on the website or at the wiki, this is usually the best way to help with such problems...
