Using custom models/skins feels refreshing, easy as that.
Also, personal taste in what you want the game to look like.

exactly, anybody would get tired of the default models after a while.

I'm not looking at the models, I'm concentrating on the game.

I actually agree with vasili. As long as the models aren't horrible pieces of shit i won't think twice about em. If i reallllly don't like a model i might browse around to find a replacement but it's rare.

its easy to concentrate on the game and your new sexy skin at the same time, but with css it is not.

To be honest, it's like how you can customise your weapons in Call of Duty 4 with the Skins thing.

But I find skins pointless.

Some people like skins, some don't, really it doesn't matter it is your opinion

Yeah, well made models can add immersion and detail to a game, but they shouldn't be the main focus.

I know that but, I'm one of those people who like to customize ok?
