Even if I only have 1/4 of the final video of the tutorial, it starts to looking good. Heh, I didn't knew I could actually do a decent skin (still working on it).

Around 2450 polys with baked normals.

Let's see how I can get decently working the specular map on Source (embedding on the normal map as alpha works, but it barely shows his effect, especially the "usage" and scratches).
