it looks like a water boiler with extra-high pressure, that would explain the 1 bolt every 1 cm thing. Or a hyperdrive hydro watercoolant energy container for the lightspeed traveling stabilisation.

2 separate models
save's time uvw mapping
i made an unwrap ok it it was killing al my braincels instantly due overheating while thinking how i could solve this problem
but its to high detailed i guess to use in half life 2

Nice thing.
I'd say: reduce the number of bolts and reduce the number of pipes SLIGHLT. (remove like 2 or so. only my opinion)
