I have some problems with server Plugins,Plz help me QAQ！

I was learning how to make server Plugins,and i was found the tutorial here

I made it！
It gives me one DLL file and i put it into the addons folder
after making vdf files,i'm start the server,but the console window disappear quickly....... i don't know what happen.
but i remove the DLL file,it will work Perfect
