Obsidian Conflict Forums

So I was scavenging around Garrysmod.org for some useful ragdolls, and came across these Army of Two enemies pack, and two of them looked good for playermodels in OC.
http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=94073 These are the two characters that should be converted into playermodels, I dont know if they're rigged for the Valve skeleton or something, since I have no clue on making models.
