GAH where the hell do i download the sdk ? or if i dont have to, its not showing up when i put the codes in

ok , i got it alll up . only there are no entities :S whats wrong ?

C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\my account\sourcesdk\bin

No, do not move the FGDs anymore. Leave them in SourceMods/Obsidian/Obsidian SDK, then add only Obsidian.fgd to the hammer FGD list.

ok soooooooooo. i copy the fgd in the OC sdk folder, and then put it in C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\my account\sourcesdk\bin
but ive done that !. or am i getting it all wrong , someone provide me with a tut . i have OC in the sdk list , just no entites.

Don't copy anything anywhere, especially not to sourcesdk/bin. In hammer, remove all of the fgds from the configuration list. Now, add C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\Obsidian\Obsidian SDK\Obsidian.fgd to the list. That should be all. The tutorial for this is in the txt file in the Obsidian SDK folder.

Run the source sdk base application once, and try again.
