I like the new one a lot better :o. The model just isn't the whole ship, and was only meant to be seen through brief glimpses on a monitor, so I don't doubt the full version will be far more detailed.

If they can bring back the borealis for ep3, damn they can do anything, Combine Assassin FTW! but you could have the hydra make a come back , and stuff like my beloved hop-wire nades!
I really laughed, how they talked about the borealis going missing in a huge controversey a couple of years back!

But I'm with hyper, It's like my advisor mdl. I rigged to use in one of my maps, well the model isn't up to ep2 standards, but the one I used was the one that was in hl2 and only get's scene from a monitor. the ep2 model, is errr spine shivering stuff!

messing arround with prop_scalable

Has nothing to do with the prop_scalable, but i love how the models now cast shadows on themself (thats the only map were i could turn on dynamic shadows, on the normal ep2 maps i get ~10 fps with flashlight turned on)

No, prop_scalable is always non-solid.

Why is your grub model is being properly rescaled while my hunter only get its head resized?

I know how to properly use hammer entites, kthnxgtfo.

prop_scalable simply acts weird for humanoid npcs.

It looks like you need to use vectors, not just single floats or ints.
