for the past week steam has been saying " The Steam servers are currently too busy to handle your request. please try again in a few minutes."

I don't know why it's saying this but it means i cant play OC

just wait a few minutes.
steam server is busy.

Try re-installing Steam or try deleting ClientRegistry.blob in your Steam folder.One of these choices maybe give you the chance to get online again in Steam.

If none of these choices don't work,I don't know what more to think.
