Final Combat (the chinese copy of TF2) published their versions of the Meet the Heavy and Meet the Sniper:

Meet the Fatman:

Meet the Sniper:

[BBvideo 425,350][/BBvideo]

At the moment no one could rip those models, because the files are heavy protected, but if someday someone rip it, i gonna port the Sniper model.

EDIT: Lol even there´s is a skin that imitates the Rocketman for TF2: http://www.gamebanana.com/skins/109775

So, in case you didn't know, on Monday Valve put 3 crashed rockets on 3 different maps: pl_barnblitz, 2fort, and badwater. The models of said rockets are "GRockets." You know what this means right? Here, let me explain:

3 rockets.
3 maps.
3 days until Thursday from when the grockets were added (Day when Valve usually hosts big updates)

Gentlemen, the time has finally arrived...Valve learned to count to 3.

Portal 3, Episode 3, L4D3, TF3 confirmed.
Oh, don't be such a baby. Episode 3 will come out.

Update was hella stupid. The weapons would've been perfect for engineer, giving him a new role without destroying his purpose. He coulda been around the frontlines while his sentry defends the point, and he could allow a push so he isn't constantly camping his sentry. They even fit his technological theme. How they fit the soldier, and why Valve thinks the soldier needs more items (FYI: The Junkyard Justice and another rumored set is supposed to be released soon too) is beyond me.

I LIED! THE UPDATE IS AMAZING.

Ever since I found out the Cow Mangler can teamkill, it's been a blast.

Got a bunch of screenshots. Many full uber medics and engies raging and maximum luls were had.

Right click to charge up a shot, and just go spec when it gets launched.

PS: Sorry for doublepost.

I fail to comprehend how the update permitting teamkilling makes it an 'amazing' one. You teamkiller.
Apparently, Valve can't make games beyond the number 2.
I think the only time we'll get a Source SDK code update is when it starts having purchasable hats integrated, i.e. hatconomy.

Please do not make assumptions you are not knowledgeable enough to make - that just backfires on yourself.
Tick me off, and I'll be sure to give you the golden treatment. Haven't you heard? Silence is golden.

Because it's pretty fun. But they fixed it so meh, TF2's getting really hard to grief in.

So, the Free2Play Invitational Cup-thing is coming up. Apparently, the final match is Valve vs. the Brink team.

I heard that the COD4 team got whooped hard.

Is anyone surprised by this? It probably took them until half of the match was over to realize why ironsights weren't working.

Found this during my diary exploration of internet: http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Model_optimization

Is regrettable that the Machina and the Lubricus Lid have more polys than the characters. And as you can see, very few have LOD models. So here is our answer about why TF2 lags more every day that updates.

(although is true that is a bit "complex" reduce polys in a finished model, that is not an excuse for make a 7000 ply official weapon).

And obviously, the lasers continue lagging everytime someone fires a charged one (8 of those in a game of 24 players makes a incredible lag).
