SDK Update for Ep2, Portal, and TF2 mapping

I's be happy use the Ep 1 solution, and tried that, only to find that OC had disappeared from the Hammer configs available.

1. How long to 1.3?

2. Will it be Orange box compatible? If you need a guinea pig/tester to help on this, count me in.

agreed XP 64 Bit FTW. Vista down i just hate all versions of it.

and to minus:

1. when it's done. but shouldn't be so long anymore since it's getting better and better everyday.

2. it already runs on ep2 engine since nearly a month now and it just runs fine btw. what do you mean by guinea O.o?
