it resembles my ball game yes im developping it since 2005... and no other ball game has the same specs.... so dont confuse it with that other ball game.... i got everything sorted out(all my work).. all tex and models r mine exept the player model im working on.... also a refery system is inplanted to have a fair ball game... so just dont compaire my ideas with others... also the game play divers from a normal DM match.... and ive never seen such halfpipe in another hl2 mod....

Looks interesting, would like to see how it plays out.

Also, noticed your "Team Modeler" rank. Which models did you make? guess i havent been around at that time. :P

LOL yeah was one of my early models ive made lol not worth vieuwing any way i made one decent model of the towel dispenser
and to come back to this looks like bla bla does not make me any happy it is my idea to use ramps in a ballgame ;) so please dont tell me that it isnt my idea bla bla bla

my first brush based map ive made... with no models for the ramps back then i did had not have enough experience.... since hl2dm came out i began with tests lighting etc texturing...... also a note the ball is NOT a stupid brush based ball omg that would have sucked..... in my new project models are included :P the skins i use on the ramps are my own but will have some nice ssbump effects on it.....

1 of the reasons for choosing this mod is the Orange source engine...... the ball as seen on this picture is crome and reflects the world.... but on this picture its done by cubemaps....
but i want that done realtime ;) wich looks nicer and more corect and less irritating and less cubemaps needed....

also one reason is that the orange engine for online gaming is much better than standard hl2dm

It looks fun. It shouldn't be too hard to port it to Obsidian Conflict. Not hard at all. We also have a points system that would benefit your maps greatly.

Wait, Source has real-time reflections without needing cubemaps?!
And this looks cool, hope to see it in OC soon.

Dont know if that would work on a model though, he may just mean phong.

Interesting work, and welcome back.

The only thing I'd say is check out some of the exsisting maps. Also I assume this is PvP rather than using npcs, so I'd say take a look at some of the Vs/TeamPlay maps in particular, see if its what you're after.
Also bare in mind that Vs mode is probably the least played given oc is a coop mod. I'm all for having as many choices to the player as possible so I personally can't see the harm in your work being included as another twist to the mod.

I like the look of the models and the idea, I did make a DeathBall Style map (using npc's but the map is sort of half finished and lacking ideas).

i watched your map i like it :D also the ball looks nice and shiny
my ball switches colour on team white neutral blue combine and red rebels :P that also helps me with knowing wich team touched the ball lol
