how to add player model files into the game?

so i hv downloaded model packs and tried to convert some player models. but unfortunately i think i'd failed to put em into a right place dats why the whole thing isnt working
can someone plz tell me where is the right location ._.? thx a lot

First of all,welcome to the forums.Here's the help you need:
Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\obsidian\add-ons
Inside this folder,put the folder of the pack of the playermodel(i.e. 'Complete Model Pack' , without the quotes).
Then go in the mod,go in options,click on the multiplayer tab,there may be a section of the playermodel with a 'photo' of them.Now just browse the models up and down until you found what you wanna play as.
And that's how it's done.

Not all the packs are in addon format, biel.
Simply, if isnt in addon format, put every single folder (materials, models) in the Obsidian folder.

The majority of the packs are in addons type,Fénix.
elishere,in case you want all the playermodels,go to the Model Releases section of the forum,try to find a topic called 'The Complete Model Pack(OVER 200 Models)' and go to the third page,there will be a svn to use to download.
Dont know how to use a svn?I know but my explainations are quite erm...confusing.

Anything really old is not in addon format.
