zsteer and prop_static?

Post by JigglyWiggly »

So I was using zsteer's oc thing, to compare two vmf files and detect the differences. I have a dillema however, since I cant just recompile the map, the editor will like explode, I wanted to add a number of crates. Just wooden boxes and I don't want them to move. I made them as prop_static and prop_dynamic except in game they don't show up. Is there a way to get this working?

Ok prop_physics works, but is there a way to prevent prop_physics things to not move at all? And not be destructed either would be helpful as well.

Also don't forget prop_physics and prop_dynamic overrides are handy to use, prop_statics are compiled with vbsp so they wont work, though generally most prop_statics can be assigned as a dynamic or a dynamic overide.
