Need Help converting a GMod model into OC

Howdy, I'm not quite sure if someone hasn't already converted this model over, but a few friends and I are going to play OC soon and I would like to use this model.

I have followed a tutorial to convert it over, but the animations are really bad, some help would be appreciated or if someone could convert it for me (I know I'm a rookie at this stuff) I would also really appreciate it as well.
