Debit Card not accepted for Paypal donation

Hey, got another problem as you can see. So I simply have a debit card with $10 USD for you guys and I wanted to hand it over but PayPal doesnt like my Debit Card for some reason. I know it works cause I used to the some of the cash already in it. (Recently $50) So I was wondering if I could pass on the Debit info. I really enjoy this mod and I would like to contribute. If not that, then maybe another money managing website, if you have one?
