How can I get the Half-Life High Def Pack for Steam?

I tried to download it from this site:

But the installer doesn't seem to want to work. I can't find another link either. Could someone please help?

I Cant remember the link,but it is on STEAM.
Please don't take my posts before 2013 too seriously. It will be better for both you and I :c
